The service is designed specifically for homeowners who want to stay local during building works — close to their children's schools, their workplace, and their renovation project — rather than moving across the city or relying on hotels.

3. Homeowner moves in — housekeeping, linen, and maintenance are all included
4. When the renovation is complete, the homeowner returns to their own home
